Occupation:	Retired
Information:	Started work as a telephone operator for the Post Office and left when she was married. Later in life she studied shorthand and became a secretary in an office. This was to prove useful in assisting her husband in his job as a policeman. When her husband retired from the police force, he also went to work in an office and she helped him in that job.
Hobbies:	Past: Golf, tennis, swimming & cooking. Present: Reading, keeping in contact with friends through letters and telephone, music & sewing
